-4 passport size photographs of the student (3 cm * 4 cm)
-Two photos of each parent
-Parent/guardian Passport photocopy (for applicants other than Tunisian Nationals)
-Parent/guardian National ID card photocopy (for applicants with Tunisian Nationality).
-A copy of student’s passport (information page only)
-Filled in application form for registration
-Filled in student medical form
-A copy of the Immunization Record
-Previous School Records/Transcripts/Test Reports for the last two school years, where this is applicable. If these records are not in English, French, or Arabic please provide an official translation
-Any psychological, educational, or special education evaluations or records, or existing individual learning plan
